Citizenships Accepted:
We accept citizens of the United States and Canada.
Accepted Marital Status:
We accept married clients aged 30-65 years old. Cohabiting clients aged 30-65 years old are also accepted. Legally divorced, single (never married), and widowed women aged 35-65 years old are also allowed.

The age range for married and cohabiting clients is 30-65 years old. Legally divorced, single (never married), and widowed women aged 35-65 years old are also allowed.
Incomes Required:
All clients must comply with a combined income of $45,000 USD for citizens of the United States and Canada.
Cards Required:
At check-in, all clients must have at least one credit card from Visa, Master Card, American Express, or Discovery (international), that is not corporate or from a store.
Vacation Club Presentation:
All clients must attend a 120-minute resort presentation during their stay, and all individuals must attend.
Occupation:
Clients must be either full-time employed or fully retired.
Non-Qualified Clients:
Clients who are unemployed, military personnel, religious ministers, tourism and travel employees, married clients traveling without their spouse, clients who have attended a timeshare or vacation club presentation or stayed there in the last 12 months, clients who have arrived at the destination days prior to check-in, clients who have scheduled activities on the day of the presentation, and clients who do not speak either English or Spanish without the need of a translator are not qualified.

Please note that all available rooms have only two queen beds, and no extra beds can be requested.
Cancellations, Changes, and No Shows
Cancellation Fee:
There will be no charge for cancellations made up to 21 days before check-in. For cancellations made within 21 days before check-in, the cancellation fee will be the same as the resort fee.
Changes Fee:
Changes can be made free of charge up to 21 days before check-in. For changes made within 21 days before check-in, a fee of $50 USD will be charged.
No Show Fee:
If the client fails to show up for the reservation, the full rate must be paid.
Cut-Off:
Any cancellations or changes made within 15 days of the check-in date will not be accepted.
NQ Penalty:
If the client does not meet the qualifications outlined in the terms and conditions section, the agency will be responsible for paying the rack rate for the reservation.
