Terms and Conditions
Our terms and conditions outline the requirements and restrictions for guests interested in staying at our resort. We accept citizens of the United States and Canada, with a preference for those who are married, cohabiting, legally divorced, single (never married), widowed women, and same-sex couples. Age requirements vary depending on the guest's marital status, with married and cohabiting guests required to be between 30-65 years old, and legally divorced, single (never married), widowed, and same-sex couples required to be between 35-60 years old.
All guests must comply with a minimum combined income of $65,000 USD from the United States or Canada, and must have one credit card from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discovery (international) at check-in. In addition, all guests must attend a 120-minute resort presentation during their stay, and every person in the party must attend.
We only accept guests who are either fully employed or fully retired. Guests who do not meet these requirements, such as unemployed individuals, military personnel, religious ministers, and tourism and travel employees, will not qualify to stay with us. We also do not accept Hindu-American or Muslim-American guests, married clients who are traveling without their spouse, guests who have attended a timeshare or vacation club presentation, or those who have stayed at our resort in the past six months.
Finally, guests who arrive several days prior to their check-in date, those who have scheduled activities on the day of the presentation, and those who do not speak English, Spanish, or French without a translator will not qualify to stay with us. Our goal is to provide an enjoyable experience for all our guests who meet our requirements, and we appreciate your understanding and compliance with these terms and conditions.

Rates For Extras
Our rates and extras for accommodations are as follows. For an extra adult, there is a charge of $109.00 USD per night. Unfortunately, we do not allow extra children. If you require an extra room per night, there is a charge of $109 USD per adult and $65 USD per kid. Please note that all rooms available have only two queen beds and no extra beds can be requested. The PAX combinations in the room include 2.2 for 2 adults and 2 kids, and 3.1 for 3 adults and 1 kid paying extra adult.
Cancellations, Changes, and No Shows
At our resort, we have established policies for cancellations, changes, no shows, and NQ (non-qualified) bookings. If you need to cancel your reservation, you may do so free of charge up to 31 days before check-in. If you cancel 7 to 30 days prior to check-in, you will be charged for one night. If you cancel 2 to 6 days before check-in, you will be charged 50% of the rack rate. If you cancel 24 hours prior to check-in, your entire stay will be charged.
If you need to make changes to your reservation, you may do so free of charge up to 31 days before check-in. If you make changes 7 to 30 days prior to check-in, you will be charged for one night. If you make changes 2 to 6 days before check-in, you will be charged 50% of the rack rate. If you make changes 24 hours prior to check-in, your entire stay will be charged.
If you do not show up for your reservation, you will be charged the full rate.
Please note that there is a cut-off period of 15 days for cancellations and changes. If you cancel or make changes within 15 days of your check-in date, you may be subject to charges.
For NQ bookings, agencies will be required to pay the rack rate.
