Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before making your reservation. Acceptable nationalities include USA and Canada. Clients who are married, cohabiting for three years, legally divorced, single, widowed, and same-sex couples are welcome to book their reservation. For USA-CAN couples, one must be of age. Married couples and cohabitants must be over 35 years of age and under 65. For singles (divorced), the age range is over 40 and under 60, and same-sex couples must be over 35 and under 65. Clients must comply with a yearly combined income of $85,000. Clients must have one mayor credit card plus one debit card. We will not accept debit cards, corporate cards, or apartment stores credit cards. Clients must have $4000 USD credit available at check-in, which will be checked by the front desk. A 120-minute holiday club presentation is mandatory for all people in the reservation. Clients must be fully retired or have an honest steady job. Unemployed clients, French Canadians, Venezuelan, Cuban, Costa Rican, Chinese, Hindu, Dominican, Puerto Rican, Central American, Caribbean, and Argentine residents who are not born in the USA/CAN, African-American couples, military personnel, religious ministers, active politicians, any tourism branch employees, married clients traveling without their spouse, clients who have attended a timeshare or vacation club presentation or have stayed there in the last 12 months, clients who have arrived days prior to check-in, clients who purchased 2*1 promotions, clients who have scheduled activities on the day of the presentation, and clients who do not speak English or Spanish without the need for a translator are considered non-qualified clients and cannot book a reservation.
