Our resort has certain requirements and restrictions that guests must adhere to. We accept citizens from the USA, Canada, and Mexico, and we only allow clients who are married, cohabiting, legally divorced, single (never married), or widowed women. Additionally, we only accept clients who are between the ages of 33 and 68, as determined by the age of the male in the couple. To stay at our resort, clients must also meet certain income requirements, with Mexicans needing a monthly income of $40,000 MXN, and USA/Canada citizens needing a yearly income of $60,000 USD.

At check-in, all clients must have two credit cards (not corporate or from stores), with Mexicans and USA/Canada citizens requiring two credit cards each. It is also mandatory for all clients to attend a 120-minute resort presentation in the same resort, with all people in the group being required to attend. At least one client must have a full-time job.

Please note that our resort only accepts Quinielas, and we only accept two Quiniela couples traveling on the same date. We do not accept certain non-qualified clients, such as groups, unemployed individuals, French Canadians, residents of South America and Central America, military personnel, retired clients, religious ministers, tourism and travel employees, married clients traveling without their spouse, clients who have attended a timeshare or vacation club presentation, clients who have stayed at the resort in the last 12 months, clients who have arrived at the destination days prior to check-in, clients who have scheduled activities on the day of the presentation, and clients who do not speak English or Spanish without the need for a translator.
