Terms and Conditions
All guests must be between 40-80 years old and must have an annual income of at least $80,000.00 dollars, with both individuals working and/or retired. If retired, they must have the income of $80,000.00 dollars. The couple must be married to each other or cohabitating for a minimum of 3 years, with identifications that have the same address. If the identifications do not have the same address, any proof of address that proves the same address will be accepted. The couple must have at least two credit cards from MC, Visa, American Express, or Discovery. Debit cards will not be accepted. The couple must speak fluent English.
All guests must have consent and a commitment to attend the 120-minute resort presentation at Vallarta Gardens after breakfast at the facilities. If they fail to show up, they will be charged the current rack rate of the hotel to the "PROSPECT" or "THE MARKETER". A Certificate of Acceptance must be signed by the client.
None of the employees "THE SELLER" or "THE MARKETER" will be considered as "QUALIFIED PROSPECTS". Employees of hotels, airlines, cruises, travel agencies, unemployed individuals, military personnel, and ex-military personnel are not allowed. Quinelas, Trinela, Cuatrinelas, and similar groups are not accepted.

Rates For Extras
Our rates and extras for accommodations are as follows. Each extra adult staying in the room will be charged $109 USD per night, with no extra charge for children. Additional rooms per night will also be charged at a rate of $109 USD per night for each additional adult and $65 USD per night for each additional child. Please note that all of our rooms are equipped with two queen beds, and no additional beds can be requested. Our room occupancy policies include 2.2 for two adults and two children, and 3.1 for three adults and one child, with the extra adult paying the additional nightly rate.
Cancellations, Changes, and No Shows
Our cancellation policy is as follows: guests can cancel their reservation at no charge up to 31 days before check-in. If cancellation occurs between 7 and 30 days prior to check-in, a fee of one night's stay will be charged. For cancellations made 2 to 6 days prior to check-in, guests will be charged 50% of the rack rate. If the reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of check-in, the entire stay will be charged. Changes to the reservation are allowed up to 31 days before check-in with no charge. If changes are made between 7 and 30 days prior to check-in, a fee of one night's stay will be charged. For changes made 2 to 6 days prior to check-in, guests will be charged 50% of the rack rate. If changes are made within 24 hours of check-in, the entire stay will be charged. In the event of a no-show, the full rate must be paid. Our cut-off period for cancellations and changes is 15 days. If a non-qualified client makes a reservation, the agency must pay the rack rate penalty.
