Welcome to our terms and conditions section. We want to ensure all our clients have a pleasant stay at our resort. As such, we have established some guidelines to ensure our guests' satisfaction.

We accept citizens of the United States and Canada to stay at our resort. Our resort welcomes guests with various marital statuses, including married couples, cohabiting partners, legally divorced, single (never married), and widowed women. Same-sex couples and single men are also welcome to stay with us.

We require guests to be between the ages of 30 and 70 years old, depending on their marital status. Married couples must be between 30 and 70 years old, while cohabiting partners must be between 35 and 59 years old (with the man ruling the age). Legally divorced, single (never married), and widowed guests must be between 30 and 70 years old. Same-sex couples and single men must be between 30 and 70 years old, with the latter between 35 and 59 years old.

We require a combined income of $50,000 USD for all our clients, regardless of their citizenship. Upon check-in, we require all guests to have at least one credit card, not from a corporate or store, to guarantee their stay.

All guests are required to attend a 90-minute resort presentation at the same resort during their stay. We expect all guests to be employed full-time or retired fully.

We have some non-qualified clients who cannot stay at our resort. These include groups, unemployed individuals, French Canadians, military personnel, religious ministers, tourism and travel employees, married clients traveling without their spouse, clients who have attended a timeshare or vacation club presentation or have stayed at our resort in the last 6 months, clients who arrive days before their scheduled check-in, clients who have scheduled activities during the resort presentation, and clients who cannot speak either English or Spanish without a translator.
