Welcome to Wyndham Grand Cancun! We would like to inform you of our terms and conditions. We accept citizens from the USA, Canada, Mexico (except Quintana Roo and Yucatan residents), and South America. We accept married, cohabiting, legally divorced, single (never married), widowed women, and same-sex couples. The age range accepted for married, cohabiting, and same-sex couples is 30-65 (man rules the age), while legally divorced, single (never married), and widowed clients must be 35-65, and retired clients must be 40-60. All clients must comply with a combined income requirement, which varies based on citizenship. At check-in, all clients must have two credit cards (not corporate or from stores), with the available credit specified based on citizenship. Clients must attend a 120-minute resort presentation at OMNI CANCUN, and all people in the group must attend. At least one client must have a full-time job. Non-qualified clients include groups, unemployed individuals, French Canadians, Muslim or Hindu-related clients, residents of Argentina, Colombia, Belize, Venezuela, and Costa Rica, military personnel, retired clients from Mexico, religious ministers, tourism and travel employees, married clients traveling without their spouse, clients who have attended a timeshare or vacation club presentation or have stayed at the resort in the last 12 months, clients who have arrived days prior to check-in, clients who have scheduled activities on the day of the presentation, and clients who do not speak English or Spanish without the need of a translator.
