We welcome guests who are citizens of the United States and Canada. For marital status, we accept married couples, cohabiting couples, legally divorced, single (never married), and widowed women, same-sex couples, and single men. For married couples, the age requirement is 30 to 70 years old, and for cohabiting couples, the age range is 35 to 59 years old, with the man determining the age. Legally divorced, single, and widowed individuals, same-sex couples, and single men must be between the ages of 30 and 70 years old.

All clients must have a combined income of $50,000 USD, and at check-in, they must have one credit card (not corporate or from stores). Additionally, all guests must attend a 90-minute resort presentation in the same resort, and everyone must attend. Guests must have a full-time job or be fully retired.

There are certain non-qualified clients we cannot accommodate, such as groups, unemployed individuals, French Canadians, military personnel, religious ministers, tourism and travel employees, married clients traveling without their spouse, clients who have attended a timeshare or vacation club presentation or stayed in our resort in the last 6 months, clients who arrived at the destination days prior to check-in, clients who have scheduled activities on the day of the presentation, and clients who cannot speak English or Spanish without the need of a translator.
