Please note the following terms and conditions for your vacation package reservation. We accept citizens from the USA, Canada, and Mexico (excluding residents of Quintana Roo, Yucatán, Campeche, Chiapas, Tabasco, Oaxaca, and Veracruz) as well as residents from South American countries including Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Paraguay, Uruguay, and Chile. Accepted marital statuses include married, cohabiting, single ladies, and same-sex couples. The minimum age requirement for USA clients is 30-68 (man rules the age), Canada clients must be 35-68, and Mexico and South American clients must be 30-68 and 30-65 for single women and same-sex couples. All clients must have a combined income of $40,000 MXN monthly (Mexico), $50,000 USD yearly (USA and Canada), or $50,000 USD yearly (South America). At check-in, all clients must have two credit cards (not corporate or from stores), with available credit of $20,000 MXN and $1,000 USD. Additionally, all clients must attend a 120-minute resort presentation in the same resort, and at least one client must have a full-time job. Non-qualified clients include groups, unemployed individuals, French Canadians, Cuban-Americans, military personnel, retired clients, religious ministers, media and tourism employees, clients who have attended a time share or vacation club presentation or have stayed there in the last 12 months, clients who have scheduled activities on the day of the presentation, and clients who do not speak English or Spanish without a translator.
