Our travel website has certain terms and conditions that must be met in order to make a reservation at GARZA BLANCA RESORT. We accept citizens from the USA and Canada, and the accepted marital status includes married couples, cohabiting partners, legally divorced individuals, single individuals, widowed women, same-sex couples, and single men. At least one of the clients must be between the ages of 30 and 70, and all clients must have a combined income of at least $50,000 USD. At check-in, all clients must have at least one credit card (not corporate or from stores). All clients are required to attend a 90-minute resort presentation at GARZA BLANCA RESORT, and this applies to all individuals in the party. We accept clients who are fully employed or fully retired, but we do not accept groups, unemployed individuals, French Canadians, military personnel, religious ministers, tourism and travel employees, married clients traveling without their spouse, clients who have attended a time share or vacation club presentation or have stayed at the resort in the last six months, clients who have arrived days prior to check-in, clients who have scheduled activities on the day of the presentation, or clients who do not speak English or Spanish without the need of a translator.
