Please note that the following terms and conditions apply for bookings at the Cancun Bay Resort. We accept citizenships from the USA, Canada, Mexico (except for Quintana Roo and Yucatan residents), and South America. Marital status accepted includes married, cohabiting, legally divorced, single (never married), widowed women, and same-sex couples. The age range for married, cohabiting, and same-sex couples is 30-65 (man rules the age), while legally divorced, single (never married), and widowed clients must be within 30-60 years old, and retired clients must be within 40-60 years old. All clients must comply with a combined income requirement of $60,000 MXN monthly incomes for Mexicans, $85,000 USD for couples or legally divorced, single (never married), and widowed from the USA, Canada, and South America with a monthly income of $7,500 USD (must show proof). At check-in, all clients must have two credit cards (not corporate, not from stores) and available credit on cards of $40,000 MXN for Mexicans and $4,000 USD for clients from the USA, Canada, and South America. Please note that all clients must attend a 120-minute resort presentation at OMNI Cancun, and at least one client must have a full-time job. Clients who do not speak either English or Spanish without the need of a translator, groups, unemployed clients, French Canadians, Muslim or Hindu-related clients, residents of Argentina, Colombia, Belice, Venezuela, and Costa Rica, military personnel, retired clients from Mexico, religious ministers, tourism and travel employees, married clients when traveling without a spouse, clients who have attended a timeshare or vacation club presentation or have stayed there in the last 12 months, clients who have arrived days to the destination days prior to check-in, and clients who have scheduled activities on the day of the presentation are considered non-qualified clients.
