Terms and Conditions
We welcome clients from the USA, except for Florida, and Canada to our resort. The accepted marital status for clients is married, cohabiting, legally divorced, single (never married), and widowed women. However, single women are not allowed to travel with male friends. We accept clients who are within the age range of 30-70 years old for married and cohabiting clients, and 35-70 years old for legally divorced, single, and widowed clients.
All clients must comply with a combined yearly income of $50,000 USD for couples or $50,000 USD for single ladies. At check-in, all clients are required to present one credit card (not corporate or from stores) from either the USA or Canada.
As part of our vacation club presentation policy, all clients are required to attend a 120-minute presentation in the same resort, and all people are required to attend. We accept clients who have full-time jobs or are fully retired.
We regret to inform you that certain clients do not qualify for our services. These include groups, unemployed individuals, French Canadians, military personnel, religious ministers, tourism and travel employees, married clients traveling without their spouse, clients who have attended a timeshare or vacation club presentation or stayed at the resort in the last six months, clients who have arrived days prior to check-in, clients who have scheduled activities on the day of the presentation, and clients who do not speak English or Spanish without the need of a translator.

Rates For Extras
Our rates and extras for accommodations are as follows. Each extra adult staying in the room will be charged $109 USD per night, with no extra charge for children. Additional rooms per night will also be charged at a rate of $109 USD per night for each additional adult and $65 USD per night for each additional child. Please note that all of our rooms are equipped with two queen beds, and no additional beds can be requested. Our room occupancy policies include 2.2 for two adults and two children, and 3.1 for three adults and one child, with the extra adult paying the additional nightly rate.
Cancellations, Changes, and No Shows
Our cancellation policy is as follows: guests can cancel their reservation at no charge up to 31 days before check-in. If cancellation occurs between 7 and 30 days prior to check-in, a fee of one night's stay will be charged. For cancellations made 2 to 6 days prior to check-in, guests will be charged 50% of the rack rate. If the reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of check-in, the entire stay will be charged. Changes to the reservation are allowed up to 31 days before check-in with no charge. If changes are made between 7 and 30 days prior to check-in, a fee of one night's stay will be charged. For changes made 2 to 6 days prior to check-in, guests will be charged 50% of the rack rate. If changes are made within 24 hours of check-in, the entire stay will be charged. In the event of a no-show, the full rate must be paid. Our cut-off period for cancellations and changes is 15 days. If a non-qualified client makes a reservation, the agency must pay the rack rate penalty.
