Welcome to our travel website! Please read the following terms and conditions before booking your vacation with us. We accept citizens of the USA and Canada who are legally married, cohabiting, legally divorced, single (never married), widowed, or timeshare owners. At least one client must be between 40 and 85 years of age, and all clients must have a combined income of $80,000 USD. At check-in, clients must have two credit cards (not corporate or from stores). All clients must attend a 90-120 min resort presentation at Vallarta Gardens, and we only accept clients who are employed full-time or fully retired. Clients who do not qualify include groups, unemployed individuals, tourism and travel employees, married clients traveling without their spouse, clients who bought 21 or 31 vacation packages, clients who have attended a timeshare or vacation club presentation or have stayed there in the last six months, clients who have arrived days prior to check-in, clients who have scheduled activities on the day of the presentation, and clients who do not speak English or Spanish without a translator.

Rates For Extras
Thank you for considering our travel website for your vacation plans. We are excited to offer a range of rates for extras to make your stay as comfortable as possible. For an extra adult, we charge $115 USD per night, and for an extra child between the ages of 3 and 12, we charge $55 USD per night. Additional nights and rooms are also available at the same rates. We also offer an upgrade to an ocean view for $45 USD per night. Please note that our suites can accommodate various combinations of guests, including 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults and 1 child (paying the extra adult rate). It is important to note that this hotel only books one-bedroom suites, and a mandatory upgrade must be paid.
Cancellations, Changes, and No Shows
The following terms and conditions apply to cancellations for our travel packages: for low season bookings, no charge will be made for cancellations made up to 21 days before check-in, while for high season bookings, no charge will be made for cancellations made up to 31 days before check-in. For cancellations made from 20 to 3 days before check-in during low season, a fee of $150 will be charged. For cancellations made from 30 to 3 days before check-in during high season, a fee of $250 will be charged. No changes can be made to a confirmed reservation with less than 3 days' notice on either season. Changes made up to 21 days before check-in during low or high season will not incur a fee. If changes are made from 20 to 3 days before check-in during low season, a fee of $150 will be charged, and a fee of $250 will be charged for changes made from 30 to 3 days before check-in during high season. Any reservation that results in a no-show will be charged the full rate. The cut-off for cancellations or changes is 15 days before check-in. If a non-qualified client books a package, the agency will be charged the rack rate.
