Welcome to our travel site! Please note that we accept clients with citizenship from the USA and Canada. We also accept clients who are married, cohabiting, legally divorced, single (never married), widowed, or timeshare owners only. Additionally, at least one of the clients must have an age between 40 and 85 years old. All clients must comply with a combined income of $80,000 USD from either the USA or Canada, and must have two credit cards at check-in that are not corporate or from stores. Please be aware that all clients are required to attend a 90-120 minute resort presentation at Vallarta Gardens, and this applies to all people in the group. Clients must have a full-time job or be fully retired. Clients who are part of groups, unemployed, tourism and travel employees, married clients who are traveling without their spouse, clients who bought 21 or 31 vacation packages, clients who have attended a timeshare or vacation club presentation or stayed at the resort in the last 6 months, clients who have arrived days prior to check-in, clients who have scheduled activities on the day of the presentation, or clients who do not speak either English or Spanish without the need of a translator are not qualified to make a reservation. Rates For Extras
Extra Adult Fee: The extra adult fee is $140 USD per night.
Extra Night Fee: The extra night fee is the same as the extra adult fee, which is $140 USD per night.
Extra Room Fee: The extra room fee is the same as the extra adult fee, which is $140 USD per night.
Upgrade to Ocean View: The upgrade fee to Ocean View is $45 USD per night.
Pax Combinations in Room: This hotel only books one-bedroom suites. The Pax Combinations allowed are 2.2 (2 adults and 2 kids) and 3.1 (3 adults and 1 kid, paying extra adult).
Mandatory Upgrade: A mandatory upgrade must be paid to book a one-bedroom suite.
Cancellations, Changes, and No Shows
Cancellation Policy:
Guests can cancel their reservation without any charges up to 21 days before check-in during low season, and up to 31 days before check-in during high season. For cancellations made between 20 to 3 days before check-in during low season, a fee of $150 will be charged. For cancellations made between 30 to 3 days before check-in during high season, a fee of $250 will be charged. Any cancellation made less than 3 days before check-in during either season will result in no changes being allowed to the confirmed reservation.
Changes Policy:
Guests can make changes to their reservation without any charges up to 21 days before check-in during low season, and up to 31 days before check-in during high season. For changes made between 20 to 3 days before check-in during low season, a fee of $150 will be charged. For changes made between 30 to 3 days before check-in during high season, a fee of $250 will be charged. Any changes made less than 3 days before check-in during either season will be considered a no-show, and the full rate must be paid.
No-Show Policy:
If guests do not show up for their reservation, the full rate must be paid.
Cut-Off:
All cancellations and changes must be made at least 15 days before check-in.
Non-Qualified Clients:
Groups, unemployed individuals, tourism and travel employees, married clients traveling without their spouse, clients who purchased 2-for-1 or 3-for-1 vacation packages, clients who attended a timeshare or vacation club presentation or stayed at the hotel within the last 6 months, clients who arrived days prior to check-in, and clients who do not speak English or Spanish without the need for a translator are considered non-qualified clients. Any non-qualified client booking a reservation will result in the agency having to pay the rack rate.
