Welcome to our travel website. Please read our terms and conditions before making any reservations. We only accept citizens from the USA and Canada. All clients must have a combined income of $80,000 USD and at least one of the clients must be between 40 and 85 years old. We require two credit cards (not corporate or from stores) at check-in. Our resort presentation at Vallarta Gardens is mandatory for all clients, which lasts for 90-120 minutes. We only accept clients who are full-time employed or fully retired. Non-qualified clients include groups, unemployed individuals, tourism and travel employees, married clients traveling without their spouse, clients who have bought 21 or 31 vacation packages, clients who have attended a timeshare or vacation club presentation or have stayed there in the last six months, clients who have arrived days prior to check-in, clients who have scheduled activities on the day of the presentation, and clients who do not speak either English or Spanish without a translator. Please note that we only book one-bedroom suites and require a mandatory upgrade for any additional guests. We charge extra rates for adult and child guests, additional nights, and extra rooms. For cancellations, no fees will be charged up to 21 days before check-in for low season and up to 31 days for high season. For changes made between 20-3 days before check-in in low season and 30-3 days before check-in in high season, a fee of $150 or $250 will be charged respectively. No changes can be made to a confirmed reservation less than 3 days before check-in on either season. A no-show fee requires full payment. The cut-off for changes and cancellations is 15 days before check-in. For non-qualified clients, the agency must pay the rack rate. Thank you for choosing our website for your travel needs.
