Welcome to our terms and conditions section. We accept clients from the USA and Canada, and the accepted marital statuses include married, cohabiting, legally divorced, single (never married), and widowed women. Same-sex couples are also accepted. The accepted age range for married and cohabiting couples is 40 to 75 years old, while legally divorced, single (never married), and widowed individuals should be within 40 to 65 years old. Same-sex couples should be within 40 to 75 years old. All clients must comply with a combined income of $90,000 USD for couples or $90,000 USD for single ladies.

At check-in, all clients must have at least one credit card (not corporate, not from stores). We require all clients to attend a 120-minute resort presentation in the same resort, and all individuals must attend. Clients must have a full-time job or be fully retired.

Please note that our resort accepts quinielas, and only 2 queen-bed couples traveling on the same date are allowed. Non-qualified clients include unemployed individuals, French Canadians, military personnel, religious ministers, Hindu-Americans, Asian-Americans, first-generation Europeans living in the US, tourism and travel employees, married clients traveling without their spouse, clients who have attended a timeshare or vacation club presentation, or have stayed at our resort within the last 6 months, clients who have arrived at the destination days prior to check-in, clients who have scheduled activities on the day of the presentation, and clients who do not speak English or Spanish without the need of a translator.
