Welcome to our resort. To ensure the best experience for all guests, we have certain terms and conditions that must be met. We accept citizens from the United States and Canada who are either married, cohabiting, legally divorced, single (never married), or widowed women, as well as same-sex couples, between the ages of 40 and 75 years old (or 40 to 65 years old for legally divorced, single, and widowed individuals). All clients must have a combined income of at least $90,000 USD for couples and single ladies from the USA or Canada. At check-in, clients must have at least one credit card that is not corporate or from a store.

All clients are required to attend a 120-minute resort presentation in the same resort, and everyone in the party must attend. Clients must also have a full-time job or be fully retired. Please note that we accept quinielas, and only two couples traveling on the same date can take advantage of this option.

We regret that we cannot accommodate certain individuals, including those who are unemployed, French Canadians, military personnel, religious ministers, Hindu-Americans, Asian-Americans, first-generation Europeans living in the US, tourism and travel employees, married clients traveling without their spouse, clients who have attended a timeshare or vacation club presentation in the last six months or have stayed at our resort during that time, clients who arrive days prior to their check-in date, clients with scheduled activities on the day of the presentation, and clients who do not speak English or Spanish fluently without the need for a translator.
