Please read carefully our terms and conditions before booking your next vacation. We accept citizens from the USA and Canada with a marital status of married, cohabiting, legally divorced, single (never married) and widowed women, same-sex couples, and single men. At least one client must be between the ages of 30 and 70 years old, and all clients must comply with a combined income of $50,000 USD for USA and Canada. At check-in, all clients must have one credit card (not corporate or from stores). Please note that all clients must attend a 90-minute resort presentation at VILLA DEL PALMAR CANCUN, and all people must attend. We only accept clients who are fully employed or fully retired. Non-qualified clients include groups, unemployed individuals, French Canadians, military personnel, religious ministers, tourism and travel employees, married clients traveling without their spouse, clients who have attended a timeshare or vacation club presentation or have stayed there in the last six months, clients who have arrived days prior to check-in, clients who have scheduled activities on the day of the presentation, and clients who do not speak English or Spanish without the need for a translator.
