Thank you for choosing our travel website for your vacation planning needs. Please take note of our terms and conditions to ensure a smooth and hassle-free vacation experience. We accept citizens from the USA and Canada, and welcome clients who are married, cohabiting, legally divorced, single (never married), widowed, or timeshare owners only. At least one client must be between the ages of 40 and 85, and all clients must comply with a combined income of $80,000 USD. Credit cards are required at check-in, with two credit cards required for clients from the USA or Canada. Clients must attend a 90-120 minute resort presentation at Vallarta Gardens, and all people in the group must attend. Clients must also be fully employed or retired. We do not accept clients who are unemployed, part of a group, tourism or travel employees, married clients traveling without their spouse, clients who have already attended a timeshare or vacation club presentation or have stayed there in the last 6 months, clients who have arrived at the destination prior to check-in, clients with scheduled activities during the presentation, or clients who do not speak English or Spanish without the need for a translator. Please take note of our terms and conditions to ensure a successful and enjoyable vacation experience.

Rates For Extras
We a variety of rates for extras to enhance your stay. For an extra adult, there is a fee of $115 USD per night, and for an extra child (aged 3-12), the fee is $55 USD per night. An additional night or room comes at the same rate as the standard room rate. If you wish to upgrade your room to an Ocean View, you can do so for an additional fee of $45 USD per night, or $70 USD per night for an Ocean View with a balcony. Please note that our hotel only books one-bedroom suites, and a mandatory upgrade fee must be paid. The Pax Combinations in Room include 2.2 for 2 adults and 2 kids, and 3.1 for 3 adults and 1 kid, with the extra adult fee applied. We hope these rates for extras meet your needs and make your stay even more enjoyable.
Cancellations, Changes, and No Shows
We have specific terms and conditions regarding cancellations and changes for reservations. During low season, there is no charge for cancellations up to 21 days before check-in, while during high season, it is up to 31 days before check-in. If cancellation occurs between 20 and 3 days before check-in during low season, a fee of $150 is charged, and during high season, the fee is $250. If cancellation occurs less than 3 days before check-in during either season, no changes can be made to a confirmed reservation. For changes, the same policy applies as cancellations, with no charge up to 21 or 31 days before check-in and a fee of $150 or $250 for cancellations between 20 and 3 days before check-in. If a guest is considered a no-show, the full rate must be paid. The cut-off time for cancellations and changes is 15 days. In the case of non-qualified clients, the agency has to pay the rack rate.
