Welcome to our terms and conditions section. We accept citizens from the USA and Canada who are married, cohabiting, legally divorced, single (never married), and widowed women. We also accept same-sex couples and single men, subject to the age requirements. For married clients, the age limit is between 30 to 70 years old, while cohabiting clients must be between 35 to 59 years old, where the man rules the age. Legally divorced, single (never married), and widowed clients must be between 30 to 70 years old. Same-sex couples and single men must be between 30 to 70 years old and 35 to 59 years old, respectively.

All clients must have a combined income of at least $50,000 USD from the USA or Canada to comply with our requirements. At check-in, all clients must have at least one credit card, not from corporate or stores, from the USA or Canada. Additionally, all clients must attend a 90-minute resort presentation in the same resort, and all people must attend.

To be qualified, all clients must have a full-time job or be fully retired. However, some clients are not qualified, including groups, unemployed clients, French Canadians, military personnel, religious ministers, tourism and travel employees, married clients traveling without their spouse, clients who have attended a timeshare or vacation club presentation, or have stayed in our resort in the last six months. Clients who arrive at the destination days prior to check-in, scheduled activities on the day of the presentation, or who do not speak English or Spanish without a translator, are also considered non-qualified clients.
