Welcome to our terms and conditions. Please note that we only accept customers who are nationals of the USA. Only married couples or those who have been cohabiting for at least 3 years are accepted, and both parties must be between the ages of 40 and 55, with no exceptions. Clients must have a combined annual income of at least $60,000 and must possess two major credit cards, as we do not accept debit cards, corporate cards, or apartment store credit cards. All clients are required to attend a 120-minute presentation about our vacation club. At least one of the qualified customers must have a legal steady job. Unqualified customers include the unemployed, retired individuals, Canadian citizens, Hindu or Muslim-related clients, military personnel, religious ministers, active politicians, tourism branch employees, married clients traveling without their spouse, clients arriving by car in Cancun, clients whose main source of income is real estate, catalogue sales, or individual sales without an establishment, clients who have attended a timeshare or vacation club presentation or stayed there in the last 12 months, clients who arrived at the destination days prior to check-in, clients who have more stays after staying at Solaris, clients who purchased 2-for-1 promotions, clients who have scheduled activities on the day of the presentation, and clients who do not speak English or Spanish without the need of a translator.
