These are the terms and conditions for the resort:

CITIZENSHIPS ACCEPTED: Only citizens from the USA and Canada are accepted at this resort.

ACCEPTED MARITAL STATUS: Married clients and legally divorced, single (never married) and widowed women are accepted at the resort. Couples living together are not accepted.

AGES ACCEPTED (Man Rules the Age): Married couples must be between 30 and 70 years old, and single women must be between 30 and 60 years old.

INCOMES REQUIRED: All clients must have a combined income of $4,200 in monthly incomes.

CARDS REQUIRED: At check-in, all clients must have one mayor credit card that is not corporate or from stores.

VACATION CLUB PRESENTATION: All clients must attend a 120-minute resort presentation in the same resort, and all people must attend.

OCCUPATION: At least one client must have a full-time job.

NOTE: The resort accepts quinielas and trinielas.

NON QUALIFIED CLIENTS: The following groups are not qualified to stay at the resort: groups for conventions, couples living together (no cohabiting), unemployed individuals, French Canadians, military personnel, retired clients, religious ministers, tourism and travel employees, married clients when traveling without their spouse, clients who have attended a timeshare or vacation club presentation or have stayed at the resort in the last 12 months, clients who have arrived days prior to check-in, clients who bought packages with two or more vacations, clients who have scheduled activities on the day of the presentation, and clients who do not speak English or Spanish without the need for a translator.
