CITIZENSHIPS ACCEPTED: We accept clients with citizenships from the USA and Canada.

MARITAL STATUS: We accept clients who are married, cohabiting, legally divorced, single (never married), widowed women, same-sex couples, and single men.

AGES ACCEPTED: At least one of the clients must be between 30 and 70 years of age.

INCOMES REQUIRED: All clients must have a combined income of $50,000 USD.

CARDS REQUIRED: At check-in, all clients must have at least one credit card that is not corporate or from a store.

VACATION CLUB PRESENTATION: All clients must attend a mandatory 90-minute resort presentation at Villa Del Palmar Cancun. All people included in the reservation must attend.

OCCUPATION: Clients must have a full-time job or be fully retired.

NON-QUALIFIED CLIENTS: We do not accept groups, unemployed clients, French Canadians, military personnel, religious ministers, tourism and travel employees, married clients traveling without their spouse, clients who have attended a timeshare or vacation club presentation or have stayed with us in the last 6 months, clients who arrive days prior to check-in, clients who have scheduled activities on the day of the presentation, or clients who do not speak English or Spanish without the need of a translator.
