Citizenships Accepted: We accept clients from the USA and Canada only.

Accepted Marital Status: We welcome married couples, cohabiting partners, legally divorced individuals, single (never married) individuals, and widowed women. We also welcome same-sex couples and single men.

Ages Accepted: For married clients, we accept individuals between the ages of 30 and 70 years old. For cohabiting clients, the man must be between the ages of 35 and 59. For legally divorced, single (never married), and widowed individuals, we accept clients between the ages of 30 and 70 years old. For same-sex couples and single men, we accept clients between the ages of 35 and 59.

Incomes Required: All clients must comply with a combined income of $50,000 USD from the USA or Canada.

Cards Required: At check-in, all clients must have one credit card (not corporate or from stores) from the USA or Canada.

Vacation Club Presentation: All clients must attend a 90-minute resort presentation in the same resort. All individuals included in the reservation must attend.

Occupation: Clients must be either full-time employed or fully retired.

Non-Qualified Clients: We do not accept groups, unemployed individuals, French Canadians, military personnel, religious ministers, tourism and travel employees, married clients traveling without their spouse, clients who have attended a timeshare or vacation club presentation or stayed at the resort in the last 6 months, clients who have arrived days prior to check-in, clients with scheduled activities on the day of the presentation, or clients who do not speak English or Spanish without the need for a translator.
