Welcome to our resort! We are happy to have you here, but before you make your reservation, please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions.

Firstly, we accept clients who are citizens of either the United States of America or Canada. We welcome married, cohabiting, legally divorced, single (never married), widowed women, same-sex couples, and single men. However, the age requirement varies based on marital status. Married clients must be between 30-70 years old. Cohabiting clients must be between 35-59 years old, with the man being the older partner. Legally divorced, single (never married), and widowed clients must be between 30-70 years old. Same-sex couples and single men must be between 35-59 years old.

In addition to the above, we require all clients to have a combined income of at least $50,000 USD per year from either the USA or Canada. At check-in, all clients must present at least one credit card that is not corporate or from a store.

Furthermore, all clients are required to attend a 90-minute resort presentation in the same resort. All people listed on the reservation must attend. Clients must also be either fully employed or fully retired.

Please note that we do not accept reservations from certain groups. These include unemployed individuals, French Canadians, military personnel, religious ministers, tourism and travel employees, married clients traveling without their spouse, clients who have attended a timeshare or vacation club presentation or have stayed at the resort in the last 6 months, clients who have arrived days prior to check-in, clients who have scheduled activities on the day of the presentation, and clients who do not speak English or Spanish fluently and do not have a translator.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with these terms and conditions. Thank you for choosing our resort, and we look forward to providing you with an enjoyable vacation experience.
